Distropackaging

The idea is to make a separate cvs module with the following layout:

packages
  debian
    gst-buzztard
      debian
        control, rules, ....
    buzztard
      debian
        control, rules, ....
  opensuse
    gst-buzztard
      gst-buzztard.spec
    buzztard
      buzztard.spec

Each distro-folder could have some scripts to make a package by merging a .tar.gz with the distro specific files (via cvs tag?).
